• Self-pickup from our warehouse in Barcelona Carrer de Gelabert, nº25,! We can also pack the figure for airplane luggage transport.

• Secure worldwide delivery via postal services such as GLS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS! (Contact us for shipping costs and timelines!)

The shipping cost is never included in the wholesale price of our products, as we cannot predict their final destination. Therefore, the shipping cost is bid upon by various carriers, and these expenses are confirmed with the client before being added to the final invoice, along with any remaining balances, to be paid prior to shipment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Bank transfer via invoice, also available for VAT-free.
• Secure Visa/Mastercard, PayPal payment.
• Cash on delivery (not available in all countries).

• The standard production and delivery times will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation. If you have a specific "required delivery date," please inform us at the time of your order, so we can ensure it's noted and agreed upon in the confirmation.
  
• All products come with a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
  
• Any claims for product damage must be submitted via email to info@mechanismus.pro within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
  
• Please note that each product is custom-made to order, so the images and videos on our website may differ from the actual product. If desired, clients can request photos/videos of the completed product before shipment for confirmation.
