MECHANISMUS – Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds, credits, or returns are accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.
  • If production of your order has already started, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Products may be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Orders over $1000 returned within 10 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Any claims for damaged products must be submitted in writing to info@mechanismus.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted after October 31st (Halloween).
  • Used products cannot be returned or credited.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Animatronics cannot be returned after 15 days. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving it.
  • Orders placed between July and October 31st cannot be claimed as undelivered or damaged after October 31st.
  • Products purchased before October 31st cannot be returned after October 31st of the same year.

Shipping & Liability

  • MECHANISMUS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, air, sea, or trucking issues.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted due to shipping delays beyond our control.
  • International orders may experience extended delivery times.
  • All claims for missing or incorrect items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • MECHANISMUS is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments if not reported within the proper timeframe.
  • In the event of non-payment, the customer is responsible for all collection fees, including attorney and court costs.

Return Authorization

  • Returns without prior authorization will be rejected and sent back. Please contact us via email before returning any products.

MECHANISMUS and its representatives are not liable for any damages or injuries related to the use of our products, whether purchased online, in retail, or through wholesale channels.
